Azram Vesper was not particularly happy this morning. Then again, he never was.

This book is a blend of cozy, comedy, and grimdark with a protagonist who's a bit of a bastard but at least he has a good heart. At the request of my readers (from my other works) we've got a real romance brewing and it's done in ghoulish fashion.

Azram Vesper is an apothecary who prefers his patients unconscious and his nights in the graveyard. It's a sustainable arrangement until a stranger pays fifty gold for embalming supplies and rides off toward the barrows without explaining himself.
